Refund policy
We take great pride in offering excellent customer service to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We take every care in ensuring that each item is of excellent quality and that it is packed well to reach your home safely in a condition we would expect.
As each item is printed on order, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund and do ask you to feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or queries prior to your purchase.
However, on very rare occasions, should your item arrive damaged, we ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with images of your concern. We will endeavor to resolve the issue efficiently and effectively.
Should any returns be agreed based on damaged item(s), they must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
We are also unable to accept returns or offer refunds for bespoke pieces. All bespoke requests will be sent draft copy for approval based on the brief taken during the customer enquiry.
