Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery for customers within the United Kingdom.

Once we have received your order, it is then sent for production.

  • Small framed art prints generally take 3-5 working days.
  • Canvas pieces generally take 5-7 working days to process with tracking details provided once it has been shipped.
  • Glass/Metal/Foamex/Gold Foil artwork generally take 10-14 working days to be processed with tracking details provided once it has been shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours transit time once you have received your tracking details. (Excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays). 

We aim to deliver parcels within the time frame specified above. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather and National Holidays. We will always keep our customers updated should this happen.

Multiple orders may be shipped separately.

International 

We currently offer International shipping for 8X10 (20cm X 25cm) prints of artwork as print only or with 8X10 Frame, Poster prints (Without frame) and merchandise. If you require art work on a canvas, please get in touch for a quote.

Depending on your chosen method of shipment, International delivery's may take longer. We aim to deliver all items within 5-10 working days. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather and National Holidays. We will always keep our customers updated should this happen. We recommend that you choose a tracked service for that extra peace of mind.

Customs  charges
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bodez Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as within 48 hours of receiving your item at sales.bodezart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please be aware that we do not offer delivery to a BFPO, mail forwarding, storage or PO address for example Address Pal, Aramex House or Parcel Motel. Attempting to use such an address may cause your order to be rejected on our system and your bank to ring fence the value of the order for 10 days.
